ACECO Smart Crane

The ACECO Smart Crane App, from American Crane & Equipment Corporation provides detailed monitoring of all crane motions in both real time and historical contexts. The Local Edge Interface is accessible via a secure Wi-Fi connection and allows users to view real time crane status and operational data including speed, load, current, limit switch status, drive faults and more.
The Cloud Interface allows users to view historical crane usage data via the Crane Odometer Dashboard, which provides detailed data for component life tracking, usage based CMAA service class determination, and predictive maintenance activities.
Additional features include:
- Chart view of real time or historical operational data
- Document storage for design documents, manuals, service records
- Custom user-defined notification system, allows system to send email or perform data upload as configured events occur
- Uni-directional monitoring minimizes/eliminates security risks
